Our story
Set within the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Clock Barn is so much more than a wedding venue. It is a family home, full of wonderful history and the utmost love and care, ready to welcome you and your guests in.
The history
Clock Barn was originally a large-aisled threshing barn, built in the 1800s. The unique clock which stands at the entrance to the venue, was constructed by a previous owner in honour of Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953.
In 1997, the family moved onto the working farm and lived in The Farmhouse, which they then went on to lovingly restore to its former glory. After deciding to host a family celebration in the empty barn, they soon realised it was the perfect setting for special occasions.
Clock Barn hosted its first wedding in 2004. Slowly, adding more to the offering, included two onsite kitchens and began working exclusively with its fantastic catering partner Venue Catering and Events Ltd.
In 2017 the family decided to transform the Farmhouse, converting it into the wonderful and beautifully designed wedding accommodation that it is today.
We are looking forward with Clock Barn and with the opening of Rose Barn in 2024 we want to continue our focus on delivery first class weddings with lots more exciting updates to come in the future.
