Wedding accommodation
As your evening party reaches its finale, we don’t want you to leave our beautiful Hampshire wedding venue. Instead, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to book up to 23 bedrooms, meaning that you’ll have the perfect place for you and your guests to unwind.
We have two options for booking rooms on the night of your wedding, the ‘All Accommodation Package’ or the ‘Guest Direct Package’.
The All Accommodation Package
With this option, you would be booking 9 en-suite rooms in The Farmhouse, The Hayloft honeymoon suite, The Stables preparation room and 12 en-suite rooms in Rose Barn.
The Guest Direct Package
Choosing this option, you would be booking 9 en-suite rooms in The Farmhouse, The Hayloft honeymoon suite, The Stables preparation room, with your guests then able to book individual rooms in Rose Barn themselves.
Lavender Barn can be booked in addition to the above packages. Please speak to a member of the Accommodation Team for further details.

Our original Farmhouse home has been lovingly restored and boasts nine individually designed bedrooms. Each bedroom features an ensuite bath or shower room and is generously proportioned, with views over Clock Barn and the surrounding countryside.
Versatility is key to our accommodation offering, enabling us to cater for all of your requirements. We have a selection of super king, double and twin beds and at the top of the house, two beautiful attic bedrooms lend themselves perfectly to families.
A neutral, warm colour palette has been adopted for the decor with pops of colour adding interest through tiles, artwork and upholstery. Unique pieces of furniture lend personality and individuality to every space.
The Farmhouse offers you a home away from home, helping you feel entirely part of the Clock Barn family.
At the heart of The Farmhouse
At the heart of The Farmhouse, you will find a traditional farmhouse kitchen. A continental breakfast is served to guests staying the night in The Farmhouse and our newlyweds who have spent their first night together in The Hayloft. In keeping with the welcoming, family atmosphere of our venue, we invite you and your guests to sit at large tables and enjoy a homely experience, sharing stories of your wonderful wedding day before heading off on your honeymoon.
The Hayloft
Welcome to The Hayloft, Clock Barn’s luxurious honeymoon suite for you to enjoy the night of your wedding. At the end of your wonderful wedding day, you can escape to this utterly luxurious suite with thoughtful interiors and beautiful, stylish design.
Retreat to your own private, indulgent home away from home where every detail is absolutely enchanting. But The Hayloft is also more than that – it’s where you’ll wake up as a married couple for the first time and there really is nowhere better.
You’ll find so many extra additions scattered throughout the suite. There are exposed beams and a stunning wallpaper mural, a huge double shower in the bathroom plus an impressive rolltop bath in the bedroom. There are lots of natural materials throughout along with a neutral colour palette finished with hints of green & pink for warmth.

The Stables
Begin your wedding day surrounded by your nearest and dearest in one of our two preparation spaces. The Stables Preparation Room, which is available when you book one of the accommodation packages, is yours from 9 am the morning of your wedding until your ceremony time.
This elegant, secluded space has been designed with you in mind. Enjoy spacious hair and makeup stations, a huge mirror and lots of well-place lights, relaxing sofas and high hooks for dresses. This is where your wedding day starts, and you can kick off the celebrations with a selection of delicious sharing boards and drinks supplied by Venue Catering and Events Ltd.
Rose Barn
Sympathetically restored to preserve its charming original features and offering uncompromising elegance and comfort, Rose Barn is the perfect home away from home for your loved ones on your wedding day.
With 12 beautifully appointed bedrooms, this idyllic retreat is just steps from the celebration. We offer a range of room configurations to suit every guest’s needs—from family-friendly bedrooms to fully accessible options, all with exquisite ensuites. For those wishing to bring their four-legged companions, we even have dog friendly rooms, ensuring everyone can enjoy the occasion in style.
Lavender Barn
Lavender Barn offers the ideal place for two of your guests to retire after the celebrations have come to a close. Perfectly designed for a restful night’s sleep with its tranquil colour scheme and beautiful furnishings, this one-bedroom suite sits slightly away from the farmhouse for some further seclusion.
Inside Lavander Barn, your guests will find Egyptian cotton bed linen, a super king bed, and a generously sized dressing table. The sitting room features a sofa, table and chairs, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. In the morning, guests will have their very own continental breakfast served directly to them in the suite.
Lavender Barn is an additional suite that can only be booked once one of the accommodation packages has been booked.
How to Book
We have two options for booking rooms on the night of your wedding, the ‘All Accommodation Package’ or the ‘Guest Direct Package’.
The All Accommodation Package
With this option, you would be able to book The Farmhouse, The Hayloft and The Stables for £2,250, along with all 12 bedrooms in Rose Barn for an additional £2,100*.
The Guest Direct Package
Choosing this option, you would be able to book The Farmhouse, The Hayloft and The Stables for £2,250, with your guests then able to book and pay for individual bedrooms in Rose Barn themselves at £175, per room*.
